Our Hopeful Community

We are thrilled that you have joined our hopeful community!

The intention of GTUx is to bring together a collective group of seekers from all over the world to learn, grow, and go deeper within themselves on a profound level of spiritual, ethical, and intellectual enrichment. We hope to connect this community with each other in order to engage in thought-provoking conversations that will allow you, our community, to deepen your understanding of the content, while creating new connections with others.

We’ve created two different digital platforms for our GTUx community to connect and engage:

Our Facebook group is the most accessible platform to connect with others in our community. There, you can engage with us in conversation about the content in our offerings. Additionally, this is where we will be sharing information about upcoming live GTUx lectures, newly released GTUx content, new offerings, and more. If you’re looking for a quick download of information all about GTUx, our Facebook group is a great place to start.

Our Slack channel is where you can go deeper with discussions about the content in our live chat threads. Here, we encourage you to start a conversation with fellow learners or ask a question about something you might not understand. You can use this space to share content, discuss ideas, and engage with the material you’re learning with our GTUx offerings. If you’re looking for in-depth conversations, this is the place to take your journey further.

We will be monitoring both channels to ensure that the community space is safe for all. At the Graduate Theological Union, we are committed to creating an environment of equity and respect for all. For us, this is non-negotiable. In that spirit, we have created a guideline of conduct to make sure that we all, together, create an environment that supports the work we are doing as we strive to create a more just and equitable world for all.

If you have any questions, you can either ask us on the platforms or send us an email at hellogtux@gtu.edu

Let’s get talking.
